Oil Stains
I was referred to Quick Lease in September by a friend connected to their former GM and received a brand new 2026 Geely Emgrand with less than 55 km on it. Per company policy, maintenance is required every 10,000 km. Despite this, I began receiving repeated emails and messages starting in late December insisting I schedule service something clearly unnecessary given the mileage.
I informed multiple employees to stop contacting me about maintenance, but the messages and calls continued relentlessly into February, forcing me to block several staff members on WhatsApp and email. It escalated to the point where I had to involve the former GM and provide screenshots to address the harassment.
In March, when the service was actually due, I scheduled an appointment. On March 19th, two unprofessional technicians arrived for an oil change. Before starting, one assured me there would be no damage. I documented my driveway and vehicle beforehand as a precaution. Within 10 minutes, oil was leaking onto my driveway this is a brand new villa with no prior stains or damage.
I immediately contacted the company but received no response until March 21st, when I was told the GM would reach out, he never did. On March 23rd, Ashfaq (Customer Service Manager) confirmed I would not be responsible for payment until the issue was resolved. On March 24th, he reiterated this and stated that if the stains could not be removed, the company would replace the affected bricks.
On March 27th, I spoke with Mohsin (current GM), who stated he would arrange a partial internal payment to stop automated payment reminders and confirmed the bricks would be replaced within a few days. However, from March 27th to April 9th, there was no follow-up or resolution.
The company attempted to clean the stains twice, unsuccessfully. Meanwhile, I received over 10 calls, 15+ emails, and 30+ messages demanding payment, despite clear prior agreements that payment was on hold. I was also threatened with vehicle deactivation.
To date, the damage to my property remains unresolved. This experience reflects extremely poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct. Despite taking excellent care of the vehicle and maintaining a perfect payment history, I have been met with harassment, broken promises, and negligence.
I have escalated this matter to Dubai Police, DET, and the courts.
This is a warning: avoid Quick Lease.

I have a very good experience with Quick Lease Car Rental, specifically with Mansoor Ali Khan. I’m a regular there and from the very start, he was punctual and ready exactly when promised no waiting around, which I really appreciated.
The car was spotless, clean inside and out, and in perfect condition. Mansoor was professional throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and hassle-free.
What stood out most was his follow-up he actually checked in to make sure everything was going well during the rental. That kind of attentiveness is rare and shows he genuinely cares about his customers.
Highly recommend Mansoor and Quick Lease Car Rental.

Depuis, surfacturation des péages d'autoroute prélevée sur le dépôt de garantie et, depuis la réception du solde pour tout compte, cette société s'est autorisée à plusieurs mini prélèvements sur notre CB.

I had a very bad experience with this company.
First, I leased a car for less than two days, but I was charged for three days. I received the vehicle with only a quarter tank of fuel and returned it with a full tank.
Second, they charged me for old scratches on the wheel hubcaps that were already present before I took the car.
Third, the vehicle had clearly been involved in a previous frontal accident and was poorly repaired. There was visible old damage on the corner of the bumper under the headlamp, and I was charged for that as well.
Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the vehicle before receiving it, which was my mistake. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to either avoid it or be extremely careful. If you do rent from them, take detailed photos and videos of the entire vehicle before driving away to protect yourself.
Personally, I would rather lease from a well-known, trusted company in the future than deal with this kind of experience again.

They have very bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone as they are not customer friendly.moreover don't give them your cards number as they were trying to take money from my card after a month of clearance.they had 3 attempts to take money from my cards without my acknowledgement. Comme noté sur le contrat, ils devaient nous récupérer a l'aéroport de Dubai, nous avons attendu 2h ,essayé de téléphoner, personne répondais, donc pris un taxi ,qu'ils ne veulent pas rembourser. Ils comptent des frais lors de la restitution qu'ils prennent sur la caution.
Encore une fois je me fais avoir par un loueur, je lis les avis après la location, et vue les appréciations des clients, il faut vraiment éviter ce loueur. Comme certains disent "a fuir "
As noted in the contract, they had to pick us up at Dubai airport, we waited 2 hours, tried to call, no one answered, so took a taxi, which they do not want to reimburse. They charge a fee when returning it which they take from the deposit.
Once again I'm being fooled by a rental company, I read the reviews after the rental, and given the customer reviews, I really should avoid this rental company. As some say "to flee"
I've got new car
I've got new car, on time, it was good beginning. But after that on the second day, the broke in the middle of the way, Smoke was coming from under the hood.
I lot almost full day to get collection of the broken car and replacement to another one.
I was promissed to get discount for this day, but later on was explained that I must to write message to another department with full explnations & etc. I already spent one day for these people, why I should explain again and again the same story.
After the contract ended, I was billed for suspected amounts. I asked for confirmation of these amounts. It took over two weeks to receive a response, despite repeated reminders.
However, some amounts were written off illegally, and there was no explanation for them.
I will never use this company again, and I don't recommend them to anyone.

They confirm 24 hours service then they leave you stranded! They deliver car that after 24 hours don’t work! Then they do not provide customer assistance! Useless management that never reply’s.
And cutumer service expect monthly renewal without being able to used the car! Never go with them!!!

Stay away, for the first time in my life I have had to pay 40 AED to get out of the airport parking.
At the end of the rental they charged me for a fake ticket without a proof and for a time (unfortunately for them) where my car was parked in the hotel and I was sleeping. Fortunetely I have Amex that take from them all the money stolen
QUICK LEASE CREDIT CARD USAGE
I have used Quick Lease Rental services three times in the past. Each time, I paid a deposit of 1000 AED using my credit card.
Very recently, they charged 1000 AED from my card without any information, even though I had not rented a car. When I contacted their customer care, I did not receive any response for over a week. All they kept saying was that “the concerned department will call me back.”
Finally, after raising a complaint with Dubai Police – eCrime, the money was returned.
⚠️ Important Note: If you plan to use their service, please be very cautious about sharing your credit card details. I strongly recommend that you request them via email to delete your card information once your rental is completed.
Other than this issue, I have no complaints about their car rental service itself. However, their lack of response to messages and calls is unacceptable.

Awful, they are the typical scammers that you find a lot in the car rental space. Lots of random charges, dishonest tactics, harassment and unexplained large charges on the card months after renting the car.

I received my vehicle today. In the UAE alone, there are many car rental companies. I was very impressed with Mr. Sheryar's communication. He is very competent and took care of all my concerns immediately. Even after booking, he is always available and takes care of everything. That's how I imagine customer service to be. I will report back on how the vehicle return went. If the return goes as smoothly, they will have gained me as a loyal customer. I'm excited and will report back.
Dishonest Company “Do not use”
Terrible customer service and a dishonest company. The car and delivery were fine but thats as far as it goes. I waited 30 days for my deposit back only to find that it was £45.50 short. I contacted them numerous times but they did not listen and basically ignored the facts and credit card statements. Taking this amount of money from every customer will make them very profitable.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Car Rental Company!
I had a very bad experience with this car rental company. The vehicle they gave me was in poor condition, clearly not maintained properly. It felt unsafe and unreliable during the drive.
What’s worse, the service was extremely unprofessional. One staff member in particular, Sunil Kumar Kol, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He treated customers with no respect and acted like he didn’t care at all.
I also suspect dishonest practices — I was charged for things that were never clearly explained, and they tried to blame me for damage that was already on the car when I picked it up.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away if you want peace of mind.

I have always had good experiences, but this time I am very very sorry, for the rude and impolite treatment received at the checkout in al barsha 1. I was treated like a delinquent in front of my 10 year old daughter just because the gentleman who was checking the car, as I believe he is racist towards Italians, smelled smoke in the car, even though I don't smoke, the car had been washed and there was more petrol than when I took it. After being threatened with applying a fine of 500 dhs, he forced me to go and wash the cabin air filter, the video of which I sent to customer service and it is clear that the filter was in terrible condition from the start and not after 8 days of rental. after returning it he tells me that he still smells...Enough I can't tolerate this situation anymore, being accused by a rude and arrogant person, who says he doesn't smoke and so I wonder how you can smell it? this is completely false! I am truly angry and sorry about this situation and I hope that the management can take action on this rude and fake person!. be careful, they try to get your money in a sneaky and arrogant way.
