I'm replying to this 1 hour after the customer left this review which shows how quickly we handle customer service even on Sunday at 6:30pm. This person is 100% a customer and placed an order for 5 DVDs. One of the DVDs was a very cheap DVD and maybe it had an issue, but the customer never contacted us about anything. I sent them an email right before I wrote this. What is even stranger is the customer placed an even larger order than the first one, right after leaving a 1 star review. I've certainly never seen that before in 20 years.
I know we handle customer service better than ANY website, not adult DVD website, I mean any website. Email us and see how quickly you get a reply. Sometimes customers are not that familiar with websites and don't know how to us a Contact Us link. It happens. Hopefully this customer will communicate with us and we can help them. To anyone else reading this, I don't care about the 1 star review because you are more likely to read this, than a good review.

I have ordered DVDs from this company a few times, as far as the shipping process goes it's always been great, always quick just like they have said Everytime!!! As far as quality goes they have always been top shelf video, and a very low price this is unheard of!!! Only 1time did I receive a video that wasn't what it had said it would be, and I sent an email in the same day someone returned my email, listen to what I had to say and even agreed with me on the situation, then told me to pick another one out and they would send it for free and no shipping. Also told me I could keep the original one sent anyway! When I received my free DVD there was another apology letter and telling me they decided to throw in another DVD for free!! Great company everything it just the way I read and was told!!!

Atrocious and unprofessional
Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
I ordered an adult gag gift for a friend's bachelor party as payback for the one he got me and I ordered it 7 days before the party from this website because it said it would be delivered in 2-5 days "(usually arrives in 3)"- but it took almost 2 weeks to arrive and it was too late for the party (ended up buying another one at the local strip club). SO, I wrote a review griping about the USPS taking forever to deliver it- I did NOT blame QuickDVDDelivery for the issue, because I could clearly see that it was the post offices fault.
Anyway, I received 2 emails from some idiot from QuickDVDDelivery calling me a liar and whining about what a horrible person I am for writing a bad review, saying they contacted the review site and had my review removed. He (I am assuming it is a "he" since he claimed to have been to 50 bachelor parties in the email) said people don't buy "these items" for bachelor parties so I must be lying about that- which is hilarious, because it is the only place I have ever seen the damned things. So he said I was lying about when I got it and why I bought it -as if it was any of his business or that i would even care WHAT he thought. Also funny, because that would make 2 lies, if I was lying and he said "that makes 3 lies you told", showing what a complete moron he is,besides just being a douchebag.
Keep in mind, I had no complaints about the company itself, but about the USPS- and I was clear about that in my review. The Post Office tracking site claimed I received my package 3-4 days before I actually got it- which was the whole reason I wrote the review in the first place. If it had not said it was already delivered, I would have just waited and not wrote anything.
So, NOW I actually have a complaint about QuickDVDDelivery- the person who reads and responds to the reviews is illiterate or can't comprehend what he is reading- and the unprofessional response to a review he totally misunderstood.
Oh, and he said "don't order from our website again" - as if he would know if I did- AND as if I would anyway, after that childish BS.

I got my order just fine.....
Ii bought (2) DVDs for $2.99 each on 9/22/16 and received them today on 9/26/16; now that is fast service and they play nice & clear but they didn't"t come in a case just a plain, white sleeve. I'm OK with that for the price I paid. I will order again from this company, no problems.

We state on the website that we ship DVDs in sleeves. Some of our customers order 100 DVDs per order. They don't want to pay the shipping costs of that, and don't want to have to store 100s of DVDs in their home. DVD cases cost about 20 cents each. If you want any, contact me and I'll send you a stack of them for free.

Couldn't be happier
Got my shipping confirmation and tracking number quickly and my order was received sooner than expected. They even checked to make sure I didn't have any duplicates since I orders a 10 pack along with other dvds. I will defently order from them again.

DVD's arrived within a week of the order. The only problem was I was not told the DVD's were blue ray. I had a problem until I tried them in my blue ray player. All in all I was satisfied with the purchase.
