The process was straight forward

The process was straight forward, except when i need to re-edit the document to make change after the multi point check. Finding the right question on the pull down and then knowing to hit the back button. It would be more to say "GO TO". I am hopeful that the 403b administration process goes smoothly.

Fast processingof paperwork, strong knowledge about CALPERS, helpful and fast response to questions, sent step by step instructions, and they made me feel like I am not alone through this process.

Contact is always available

Contact is always available, and when I ran into a problem a call was immediately answered and I got the direction I need. We were working on a time-sensitive matter, and the information and direction available allowed us to get it done.

Excellent service

I contacted Christine a few times to ask questions and she was extremely helpful. She is knowledgeable, professional and willing to help you if you are unsure about the QDRO process. I recommend QdroDesk 100%.

Best company for Qdro’s

Christine is so patient and helpful. Guiding us with everything to fix. Anything that wasn’t answered. It’s like having your very own Personal Assistant. Definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs there help in the services they provide

Filling the QDRO was easy

Filling the QDRO was easy. when I learned later that i need to do the QDRO at a different place, they were understanding a refunded me right away. Very professional company.
