I was looking for a good clinic to replace my dad's broken denture when a friend (heavily) recommended Pure Smiles. I thought she was just exaggerating when she said that I'm never going to look for another dental clinic again after visiting Pure Smiles, and she was right! The dentist and staff did an amazing job with my dad! I'm so happy to see him smiling so confidently again ❤️ thank you, Pure Smiles! ❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant dentist! Ayzaaz and the team couldn't have been nicer, and my teeth couldn't be whiter.

I was offered a complimentary consultation for Invisalign. Less than 3 hours prior to the appointment (booked over a week in advance) I received a text message to say it was cancelled and could I call to reschedule for the following week. When I called to say I was unable to make the next week I was told the dentist had cancelled on me because he « was just too busy to see me » but that I could in fact keep the appointment if I paid for it instead. So he was « too busy » but not actually too busy if more money was to be made after letting me down! Shockingly poor work ethics so have changed to a more reliable dentist.

25/7/24 Your reply to the above does not even address the real issue here of your last minute cancellation. It is completely irrelevant and piteous to now make up a different reason for the one given at the time.

Very professional, works well with the team. Pure Smile provide an excellent orthodontic nurse support when needed.

Went to puresmile today in Reading and was seen by B she done hygienist clean on me and my partner made us both feel very relaxed and she was very bubbly and friendly
Made us laugh alot, she was very helpful in every way and even talked through some on going treatment with me
Amazing service

As far as dentistry goes, I am, unfortunately, very high-maintenance- and without the skill and sound advice of Dr Shiraz Akram, I’d have given up smiling long ago. In fact, I’m more than a decade overdue in posting an endorsement of the first-rate treatment and exemplary patient care I've received at this pristine, friendly, family-run practice.
Shiraz is warm and engaging and instils complete trust, not simply by his dexterity and exceptional technical ability, but by listening and taking the time to understand his patients. He gives clear explanations of procedures, deals patiently with questions and is always considerate. It is evident that he cares deeply about each and every one of his patients and sometimes shows an almost spooky ability to recall the minutiae of previous treatments, life events and even your children’s names. He impresses too by his unflagging enthusiasm for dentistry, keeping up to speed with all the latest developments and ideas. If it hadn’t been for my complete confidence in Shiraz, I would have been very wary of having implant treatment, but trust is very effective weapon against fear and the procedures were very successful.
His brother, Ayzaaz, who I’ve also seen a couple of times, is also an outstanding dental surgeon and strong support is also provided by hygienists Ceira and Holly, who combine exactly the right amount of motivation with instruction.

Pure Smiles have always been amazing, and most recently I was extremely impressed with how Ayzaaz dealt with taking out 2 teeth from my 7 year old daughter. She is very nervous of injections but Ayzaaz dealt with everything just brilliantly. My daughter was so relaxed and happy with him, she didn’t even notice the injection, nor her teeth coming out! She was so excited about the whole thing and all healed so quickly. Extremely impressed by the whole procedure from start to finish. Thank you!

This place is all mechanical! There's no personal customer service. My last appointment, I was totally ignored!!! They are all about getting your money and then taking care of you... My son had to have his wisdom teeth removed - and had to have FULL payment before they would do the procedure!!! Would not take payments! You do the math...The only reason we stayed with them after was because we were loyal to Tracy and the MEMORY OF DR. STEPHEN ROUSH

I had to get treatment urgently, so the receptionists swiftly booked me in to have treatment by Ayzaaz who was great in explaining the treatment required.
He saw me the same day and the immediate problem was resolved.
I thereafter was recommended to visit the Hygienist (Ciara) who managed to give me my smile back again! Very happy customer, and satisfied with the professional care and attention given.
Will recommend this practice highly if you need urgent care, or if you are looking for a new Dentist.

I went this dentist clinic on august 2019.
I was having massive teeth pain.
The reception and secretary charged me £ 70.00 in advance.
The dentist only did one x ray. and nothing more.
i left the clinic very very desappointed.
THEY MUST TELL ME IN ADVANCE THAT IT WAS ONLY COMESTIC CLINIC. (SKIN BOTOX).
DODGE BUSINESS.

Great dentist, Ayzaaz couldn't have been nicer to me!
