Just had a PT introduction session with Anthony at neath. I have been doing classes since the gym opened but with some encouragement from Anthony he advised me to start doing weights. I explained I was nervous and this was way out of my comfort zone. However after almost cancelling today I did attend and I am soooooo glad I did. He put me at ease the second I walked in (bearing in mind most of my classes are with him lol) I really enjoyed and Anthony explained everything in detail to me from using the machines to positioning my myself correctly. I highly recommend Anthony and any member of Pure Gym to help u on ur journey. Thank u Anthony ur definitely helped me today x

Pure Gym Neath - highly recommended
I hadn’t been to a gym for a couple of years and I always found that whenever I joined a gym, I’d quit after a month or 2 due to lack of motivation.
I joined PureGym in January, and also signed up for personal training with Callum Gilbert of liftrunthrive, who is based at the Neath branch of PureGym. Really glad I went down this route, as he has given me structure and focus to keep me coming back. I never miss a session and am always keen to go to the gym now.
I’ve seen real progress in my strength, targeting the whole body. I’m also seeing more definition in my muscles, which has given me increased confidence and trust in the process.
Callum has completely changed my attitude towards weight training has a relaxed and friendly attitude towards his clients.
The gym itself is great, with all the equipment you’ll need, friendly people and a clean and tidy environment. Really pleased I took the plunge and started the training in January.

Achieving goals
I am a 54 year old women who recently joined PureGym Neath in a bid to get back to a level of fitness, as I had been away from any type of physical fitness environment for over 4 years. The gym was excellent value for money, and the rolling monthly contract was also appealing. I eased myself back in with the help of Personal Trainer Callum Gilbert, who diligently went through my immediate and long term goals. He assessed my starting level and built a training programme around my level so that I could then progress on a weekly basis towards my goals. All I can say is I recommend this gym for it's friendly vibe, all staff are amazing, and great access to an array of classes, but I especially recommend Callum for his patience and expertise in getting me to a place where I have increased my strength and am now confident that I will keep strong into my aging years. Thank you Callum and thank you PureGym 😊💪

Great gym and staff
Been going to callums class for a few weeks now, he's an excellent trainer, very friendly and encouraging! Always very helpful and easy to talk to and gives great advice. Definitely recommend his classes or PT sessions! The gym is great aswell, plenty of equipment and the facilities are very clean!

Pure gym review Callum
Callum has been a great addition to the pure gym team. His classes are fantastic, he is very motivating. Within his classes he offers lots of differentiation throughout which is a lovely touch! He is also a very approachable person!

I’ve had a really positive experience
I’ve had a really positive experience at PureGym Neath. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great range of equipment, whether you’re into cardio, weights, or classes. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making it a great place for beginners and regular gym-goers alike.
A special shout out to fitness instructor Callum, who has been absolutely brilliant. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer advice or encouragement. His support and positive attitude really make a difference and help keep motivation high. It’s great to have instructors like Callum who genuinely care about helping members achieve their goals.
Highly recommend PureGym Neath to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive gym environment!

Started Pure Gym 3 months ago to start a Personal training programme with Callum! Callum set out a great 10 week programme and looking forward to carrying on with him and Pure Gym. Loved every minute of the gym and equipment! All the staff are helpful when needed!
