The transaction went through twice with PayPal. I emailed Puregusto and got no response so I’ve filed with PayPal and so far they’ve had no response.

We have thoroughly checked our customer service records but have been unable to locate the email you mentioned. We always aim to respond promptly to every enquiry we receive, so we're sorry if your message did not reach us.
We can also confirm that the duplicate payment has now been fully refunded, and we apologise for any inconvenience and concern this issue caused.
