Puredrive Energy Ltd Omdömen 

I have a Puredrive EV charger, batteries and Solis inverter. Installed last October and the batteries have been getting charged and controlled very well from the grid or from solar panels. Got new car, plug in hybrid early February and to date have still not been able to use the very expensive Puredrive EV charger using the Puredrive Charger App or the PureDrive App or by using RFID key. Myself and my installation company have been in contact with the help several occasions, but still not working. Last week helps desk didn't even answer any calls from myself or my install company. Very very disappointed. Continue to charge car using the 3pin plug charging cable that came with the car, connected to socket in garage. Close to sending it back and requesting refund for product that just doesn't work.

Every effort has been made to go above and beyond by Puredrive but mostly by Alice Shea. Very helpful and quick too respond. Thanks

Had a Puredrive battery system installed in September along with a Solis inverter. The team at Puredrive have been fantastic with solving a couple of issues that I’ve had as a customer. The batteries look fantastic and the customer service has been equal to the product. Really recommend the product and the team that stands behind it.

Professional, efficient and friendly. We got a visit in evening, but they did ring earlier to check late arrival ok (we live in remote area). Recognized problem quickly and sorted it.

I had an issue with my PV system in that it didn’t seem to be charging my batteries. I knew from previous experience that PureDrive were excellent with troubleshooting and responsive so I went to them for resolution. Alice from PureDrive emailed me immediately and then got back to me informing me it was a firmware update required with my inverter (nothing to do with PureDrive) but they handled everything for me. Thanks so much to Alice and the team.

My contact Georgii has kept me advised of progress throughout the issue I experienced. This has now been resolved satisfactorily.

I was very impressed with the fact I was able to speak to someone on my first attempt at calling them.
Beth was very polite, efficient and processed the problem in the same day.
My particular problem had been ongoing for over a year with the company who had installed the batteries and I wasn’t getting anywhere with them.
Puredrive dealt with it immediately.

Post installation, our new solar system stopped working followed by our installer ceasing to trade. All these issues were totally outside Puredrives control and nothing to do with them. Puredrive Customer Services site coordinator Georgii organised a visit by their engineer Brad, to check out the Puredrive battery. Brad was also on site when a new inverter was fitted, problem solved. We've experienced an exceptional level of service in difficult circumstances organised by Georgii. I can't thank the Puredrive team enough, they've been absolutely first class.

As always, the response was speedy. Alice from PureDrive took my question about power discharge setting within the battery and took the time and effort to analyse my specific settings. She then provided clear advice and guidance on how to change setting to appropriate values. This has worked really well and I am very happy with the results. All in all, a high level and quality of service.
