Following knee surgery that has initially been unsuccessful, the compress sleeve has genuinely provided strength and support to the knee, and has provided the additional bonus of pain relief.

The actual knee sleeves are ok, unfortunately they didn’t fit me properly, kept rolling down. I wanted to return them, as they do offer a money back guarantee, however, they have to be returned to China which is quite expensive, so I settled for a partial refund and kept the sleeves, which are now on their way to the charity shop.

Firstly I’ve been very impressed with how helpful Pure impress have been. My products were clearly tracked and the knee sleeve helped me to walk better. On in forming them my ankle sleeves were too tight they simply offered to replace for a bigger size and not even to bother returning the previous pair. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleeves appear to work well in stimulating circulation and relieving discomfort. Additionally to top it all they send a pair of everything just for the price of one, and they were already half price anyway. They’ve
demonstrated an outstanding level of service and show a genuine interest in the needs of the customer. I couldn’t praise PureCompress more !

I ordered the knee sleeves on 13/03/26. My order took 2 weeks to arrive, not the 3-6 business days they promise. I was sent the wrong size, 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. Also the product I was sent looked nothing like the product advertised on the website or in the promotional photographs. The product I received was very thin & without the brand label sewn on it.
I contacted the company immediately, they asked for photos which I sent. PureCompress then acknowledged that I was sent the wrong product & offered me 2 options. 1: have the correct product sent or 2: a full refund.
I asked that the correct product be sent but now nearly 6 weeks later I have not received what I paid for & the company have ignored 9 emails I have sent to them.
Their 100% Money Back Guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on.

Received my knee Bamboo supports, they look lovely, and certainly comfortable, nice cool material. but they kept rolling down. I contacted their customer support, who kindly said, (after requesting photos) that it looks down to a sizing issue, (even though I went by their sizing chart) they will send me the next size up free of charge. I'm looking forward to receiving them soon.

Ordered and paid for an expensive Bamboo Knee Support on 19th February, after chasing they eventually arrived but not as ordered. No paperwork, no labels on the knee sleeves and questionable quality.
Despite contacting numerous people in PureCompress and various promises of delivering the correct product NOTHING has arrived……so Pure Compress have had my money and NOT supplied the ordered goods despite numerous promises.

I read the reviews of many companies but pure compress had the best.
The sleeve is comfortable to wear and if any issues their customer service is second to none.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I received my order last Friday and was really excited to try. But I have got very fat upper thighs compared to size of my knees. So am now waiting for a different size to be sent to me.

Customer service has been very good and prompt in their response times.
They have been helpful and are going to send me out a replacement product.

I placed an order in early March, the wrong size was delivered, when I queried I was advised that the size I ordered was out of stock but would be sent .
I waited a couple of weeks and asked for an update I was told they were still waiting for stock even though the website was still actively taking orders for the product.
I submitted a review and was contacted the next day by Claudia who advised me that the goods were in stock and would be sent to me , she asked that I remove the review which I agreed to but forward to a further few weeks and the goods have still not arrived.
The service is terrible.

Very easy to order and swift delivery.
I have used many different knee supports over the years and though they have helped none have been anywhere near as comfortable as this from PureCompress.
This is supportive whilst being soft and non restrictive.

Ordered knee support 6th April,26 as of 16th still no knee support, it took 3 requests for them to reply and they say there is shipping problems but still no idea when they will arrive??, these knee supports are not cheap and poor service is not good. I would not order from this company again.

Pure Compress UK advertised 3 -6 days delivery. However after a week still not received. Tracking information showed shipping from China! I had assumed from their advertising that it was UK based company. I emailed company to say I was disappointed in that and would like a refund. When product arrived it was unbranded and just in a cheap plastic bag as I would expect from Temu . Stitching and quality was poor. I opened a dispute through PayPal and then was constantly emailed by Pure Compress asking me to close the dispute and then they would be able to process my refund. Didn't do that as had lost trust in the company. PayPal accepted my claim and I was fully refunded.

Took ages to arrive not informed of dispatch and wondered when they didn't arrive if I had been scammed,however unexpectedly they arrived poorly packaged no indication of sizing as no label and I wondered if I had been sent wrong size, I did order a size larger than my measurements as I did not trust the sizing,they do feel comfortable but still roll down from the top when I move..and definitely not worth the money I paid for them,but that's the risk I took, as have seen cheaper bamboo sleeves on Amazon.There are alot of good reviews which makes me very sceptical as to their origin.

I was sceptical about these, I work 12 hour shifts and I cannot believe the difference wearing the knee support makes to my day, if you’re in two minds, I would say go for it, they really do work.

Although the knee supports took a little while to arrive I cannot believe the difference they have made to my nights’ sleep!! To be honest, there was a part of me that felt that I was wasting yet more money trying to find something to ease my knee pain at night, but I am absolutely amazed and thrilled at the difference they have made. These are better than any ointment, gel, tablets or knee supports I have tried …. and believe me, after waiting g over 3 years for knee replacements, I have tried a lot!!!Customer service was also excellent when querying the delay in delivery.
Needless to say I am ordering more!!

After an MRI scan and finding out that i had 2 Meniscus tears in my knee and with doctors not being particularly helpful, I tried various creams, gels and Knee braces to help quell the swelling and pain of which none really seemed to work.
I then came across an advert for Pure Compress Bamboo Knee supports and thought ill give them a go which I am glad I did, they are not a cure for my circumstances but really help with the swelling and pain especially wearing them in bed overnight and will be ordering more.
