Svar från Pure Adhesion
Hi,
How odd, we have had a lot of success when specifying this product for removal of rust stains on patios. I am wondering if there has been an external factor which has effected how effective it has been. The rust ex is a non acidic formulation and designed for use on sensitive stones. If you wish to discuss it I am sure we can help, just complete a contact for and we can get in touch.
Best Regards, Pure Adhesion Ltd

A welcome change from dealing with so many inept companies that know nothing and don't deliver when they say ( if at all).
