We are a small family run Beauty Salon from Lichfield in the Midlands and we have been selling Professionally Recommended Beauty Products Online in the UK for nearly 20 years. Our brands include some of the most popular, well known and well resepcted skincare and hair care products in the UK. These include Dermalogica, Elemis, Medik8, SkinCeuticals, Olpalex, L'Oreal, Color Wow and many, many more besides. We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers. We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.

I’ve been using Pure Beauty for a number of years now and they are consistantly very competitive in their pricing - especially for Dermalogica products
I’ve had cause to ring them about an order and they are an absolute delight to deal with - friendly, helpful and really personable
I would highly recommend Pure Beauty to everyone - great service, super fast postage, brilliant prices and freebies too!!

I have been ordering from Pure Beauty for many years now. Their prices are very competitive and much lower than other Dermalogica suppliers. They also give free samples and free gifts depending on amount. Delivery is within 3-5 days from order.

Excellent service
I recently came across Pure Beauty and will definitely buy from them again. I bought some Elemis products and they were the most competitively priced I found. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Good Reductions
Easy to use website and competative prices. Delivery satisfactory but nothing is ever quick to IOW. Love the free samples & gifts as spent over £100 stocking up on Dermalogica. Will def order again, thank you Pure Beauty

Placed an order 4 days ago and still…
Placed an order 4 days ago and still showing as pending. Please cancel my order and issue a refund. Cannot get through on the telephone and the email address shop@pure-beauty doesn’t work. My emails keep bouncing back.
Update: after review order was dispatched Royal Mail 24hr tracked-thank you. Now received.

Firstly I would like to apologise that we were unable to send out your parcel as quickly as you would have liked. I know we have had a few issues with deliveries to us.
I will clarify when we received and despatched your order. It has not been 5 days.
Your order was received on 27/11/2025 at 20:53. Your order was despatched on 01/12/2025 (today). This is 3 days - not 5 days. We are a family run business and we do not process over the weekend.
I am really very sorry if you were unable to get through on the phone but if you have left a message I can promise that Casey or Susan will call you back.
We do not take cancellation requests via trustpilot as authenticity cannot be verified. However I can confirm that we have received your email to cancel your order but I am afraid this was after we sent your parcel to you today. I will respond to this email and apologise for not being able to cancel it in time and I will arrange for a return to us for a full refund.

Great customer service
I ordered something from Pure Beauty just because it was the cheapest online, but then had to be away from home as a result of a family crisis, so the item was sent back by Royal Mail. I was really pleased that Customer Services contacted me and agreed to send it again, without even accepting my offer to pay the delivery charge again. Great service and I will definitely use Pure Beauty again.

I’ve used Pure Beauty for a while now…
I’ve used Pure Beauty for a while now and never experienced any issues in using their on line ordering system it’s easy to use. I order Dermalogica and the prices are great. I also like the free gifts when you spent over a certain amount and also the free samples. Packaging is really good and delivery times are too.

A better experience
It was easy to navigate the website and find what I wanted. The company I used to buy from no longer offered regular customers regular discounts. I got the product I have used for years from Pure Beauty at a much cheaper, more sensible price and will now use them going forward

I thought I would try Pure Beauty for my Medik8 products as the prices are really good. The item I bought was in excellent condition when it arrived due to the good packaging, it was delivered within the estimated delivery time and I would recommend Pure Beauty and will be using them in the future when I need more beauty items.
