Waited 2 months for a jumpsuit to arrive for my son's wedding. Ordered an XL received a small.

The shipping is terrible. They claim the product is shipped within the US. This is a lie. It has been 3 plus weeks since I ordered my items. Customer service keeps giving me the run around with no committed date. They charge for shipping. I'm never ordering from unknown websites that are heavily promoted on FB. They use different names but all have the same products. Shame on me for falling for this scam!

How do you get a return label. Instructions say go to Service@ Pucau.com. Well there is nowhere there to get label. Beginning to think this is a big scam.

Quality items at a fair price. Attractive selections. I would definately recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered my items on Jan 12, and it is Jan 30 and no updates on shipment nor can I get anyone to respond to my several emails attempting to find out status of my order. And I find it interesting there is not a phone number to call. Regrettably, I think this is a SCAM!!!

The shirts I bought were very nice and soft too! I wish I purchased the next size up. No fault of Pucau for the shirts being too small. Update on 2/12/24: It's been what seems to be an uphill battle to return the clothes. "EASY RETURNS"? This hasn't been my experience thus far.

The sweater is BEAUTIFUL! It looks great with jeans or over dresses and skirts.

My purchase arrived as ordered, but the quality of the materials was unsatisfactory, and the jacket did not fit me properly either. Their web site clearly states "Easy Returns", but customer is unable to ship returns to the return address listed on the mailing label; instead instructions state to contact the company within 30 days for authorization to return and to obtain return shipping address. I have sent 4 emails to the service email address listed, and the company has not responded to any of my attempts at contact. False advertising and very poor service!

I received a jacket that was not what I expected. First, the color of the jacket was more of an orange than a brown. The photo in the ad was a light brown and more importantly the tag read brown. When I emailed a photo of the jacket, they justified the color being so orange because I took it in the light. Though their original ad was taken in the sunlight, as you could see the sunlight hitting the sleeves. The orange color is horrendous.
Next, the collar length and button placement of the jacket was different in the ad than the product I received. I also pointed that out to my dissatisfaction. I felt the ad had misled me. They would not refund me.
I felt customer satisfaction was not a priority.

Love the sweater wraps! They are soft and will be sooo cozy during the fall weather.

Poor service. Was charged on my credit card weeks before and still no package! Cannot get any shipping info always saying it is in the works! Never again!

Fast delivery and quality is very good. Very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to wearing the shirts. They are just like the photos online.

Beautiful, well-made clothing. Exceptional dresses both in style and fully lined. Delivery time was better than expected.
