Totally unreliable! The product was supposedly readily available and was to be delivered in a few days. Two weeks later and after repeated emails and phone calls from my part and no substantial reply from their part the order was cancelled by them without even notifying me! At least they will give me my money back... but in 12 instalments that I have to monitor every month as this is the way the order was initially paid for. It could be a good thing though... to be reminded every single month that I should never buy from them again!!

Dreadful company I ordered a fridge they said is been delivered by tracking try to contact them they put the phone down. The delivery company in Lesvos Efiam had not working telephone. I paid for delivery and I need to pick up the goods by myself 40km away. Dreadful service no customer care. The fridge until now never arrived

If I was able to give 0 I would. I bought a laptop cost 1200€ with antivirus from “Digital Merimna” and they were advertising all over the internet and banners that I will get 20% (of the additional money that you pay for the product). So I payed 600€ from my pocket for the laptop that costed 1200€. And I asked precisely What are the requirements and the restrictions for the 20% coupon. And they said you can buy every product from any PUBLIC store except gift cards which sounded logical. When I received the voucher of 20% it was 130€ with a lot of restrictions like( no Apple products, Samsung ,Sony playstation, Dyson. You need to spend the double amount of your voucher in 2 months time. When I went to redeem it for a product they were so unapologetic and restrictive simply didn't care and wanted as many customers not to use the vouchers like me just for profit. I explained that I just want to redeem my voucher of 130€ and that I don't have 260€ or wish to spend more on something in the store.Also the funny thing is that the Antivirus that I bought with the laptop was already used and expired and when I told them and went to the store they said that they will raise the issue and nothing happened. They didn't even called me neither reimbursed me NOTHING. If I could restrict even 1 customer not to buy in PUBLIC than this review is worthwhile.

Extremely difficult to contact them. phone cuts off over and over again. Prepare to waste hours if you are not near a store.

My kid's godmother bought a gift card from a public.gr store worth 150€ for some very specific products for the kids and they didn't specify that the gift cards cannot be used for "Partner" products. In the end we cannot buy the products and they don't return the money. They say buy something else. We feel disappointed and deceived.

Ordered a new TV, which delayed 1 month to arrive and it came broken.

The store doesn't accept responsibility and is going through a 'process' of reviewing my claim for almost 1 month now. Every week I get a reply that "we will tell you the final result of your claim until tomorrow" and nothing happens. I feel mocked upon and treated with completely unprofessional behaviour. Very poor customer support.

Do not trust this store.

I just moved to a new apartment in Athens. I needed the delivery of 4 new white appliances before Easter. All of them were delivered and installed properly, only in 3 days after I purchased! This place is amazing. I sincerely do not understand the very bad reviews about this website.

They always cancel orders.

I ordered a Tp-Link Access Point which it supposedly had at a good discount, I paid it, and the next day they send me a message that they cancelled my order because the price was wrong. And now I have to wait to refund me my paid.
And this is not the first time this has happened. Unreliable store.

They keep cancelling orders again and again, saying that it was a problem of their system the price thas was given. Every time the same sms "due to a system error with the price of the product we have to cancel your order (D593458258) and refund you" but they took the money in 1 minute and they need 10 + days to refund you...

It's always the same old story with them. They drop the price low for a really good product but will only accept credit card payment. After that they cancel the order and take their sweet time to refund that money, usually a month or so. That's some logistical scamming right there and it has been going on for years!

Why Public? Ordered 24000 BTU aircondition on March 20, 2025. Asked for delivery in April 2025. In addition to ignoring my delivery request, they cancelled the order. Keep on sending me misleading messages about my items arriving. Still waiting for the full refund...

worst delivery company i ever come acrros they cancel my orders those people are unprofeshional you place your orded and they accept it they take the money and after one month period they say that they dont have the product in stock......they cancel me 7 etbs of pokemon prismatic evolution €60 per etb and the market price for those is €150. they cancel my order and the product is not available any more in the website becouse is a very popular product and you cant find it anywhere in the world for €60.

they also give you the choice to pay when you received the items but people trust me if you want a collectible item from public just dont do it. they place your item in a bag and sent it you will received your item with cracks on it and damage in every corner.... when you going to left a bad review they contact you to just tell you please bring your item back to replace it.... but how you going to replace a sold out item ????? those people are just unprofeshionals and i make this review becouse i hope at least some people dont support this kind of bussines and eventually profesionals take their place and customer like me will leave 5 star review... but for public 0 out of 200. buy

Bought an electronic gadget online and I had to wait for more than a week for it to be invoiced. Called them after 2 days and they said they don't know when they will invoice it and then send it to me since they had a lot of work. Called them again 2 later and they said the same thing, only this time the lady on the phone suggested that I should have paid more so that my item will be prioritised for invoicing and gets send to the courier company in time. Whats going on here. after you paid your item in full including shipping they hold on to it for more than a week even there they said it was available at the moment of purchase, only to tell you they are busy. Busy doing what? Hire more workers if you have that level of busy. Avoid online buying from this shop at all costs.

I recently checked out Public, and I have to say it's a decent option. but, I did notice that some prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other places, so it might be worth exploring around

Such a pleasant and smooth experience.
I really got help from the staff. I equiped my kitchen with all electric appliances I needed. And the delivery was on time.

Don't buy their safety net “guarantee”.
They told me in the store that it would cover everything for 2 years. They lied.
