I find psychic Sofa a great company to work for. My many reasons being readings fit around your schedule the flexibility means you can work as little or as often as you like. 98% of clients that ring Psychic Sofa are lovely customers seeking clarity or guidance. Rob is good with his staff, he's genuine and direct to the point which in my opinion is a great character trait to have. Psychic sofa pays well and and always on time. They webpage is up to date and easy to navigate. They is also a whole host of different types of readers depending on your personal preference.

As a reader and someone who also pays for readings when I feel like it. My favourite readers on the site are Tess, Andrea is good to and I also love the Italian reader krypta. Everyone is having they own experiences in life and I have to speak as I find. Psychic Sofa is by far the best. Leanne

Really exploitative company, lots of these readers are vulnerable people who are working from home, the readers only get a tiny fraction of money from the calls, each reader is paid about £5 for a 20 minute reading, but the customer is charged way more than that. These readers are expected to sit there for free all day waiting for calls, and they only get paid when a call has been in duration for over 1 minute. They also get charged for the company to provide a pay slip to the readers. Readers are paid peanuts, but expected to do their own taxes, accounting and declare themselves self employed, but also expected to turn up and behave like an employee ! There are no employment benefits, no sick pay and the only incentive they offer is if you log on before 7am in the morning you might get a £2 perk. I found all this out when I enquired about joining the company and was given all this info by one of their phone reps.
I'd phoned up for readings and most of their operators sound exhausted, fed-up and grumpy, there were 3 good readers on the site, all of which have now left the service. I decided to dig a little deeper and find out both sides of the story, and so I applied for a position as a reader and discovered that not only do their 'employed' staff expect you to give them a FREE reading, (which i did) this was then followed by feedback which was passive aggressive and condescending, and clearly this rep had never done readings themselves, because I deliberately gave false tarot card names, and laid herrings to try and see if they were a professional company, the staff have no idea about anything to do real tarot and psychic readings, oracle cards, astrology or anything remotely esoteric. They are just cashing in on vulnerable readers or unprofessional and unknown readers who are down on their luck. Really psychic and successfully good readers don't use exploitative companies like this, they wouldn't need to. Really good readers make it in the world as their skills keep them at a high cost out on their own terms, with their own good name as a really good reader. If you doubt any of my information and want to do your own investigations, apply to psychic sofa as a reader, and ask lots and lots of questions, ask them what you'll be paid for a reading, will you get an hourly rate without calls? No! You won't. Will you get any support for challenging callers? Or mental health patients that ring in? Or abusive callers? Or callers that are innapropriate? The rep offered no suggestions or assistance or proper answers to those questions. Go and ask the readers what support they get for nasty callers, misogynistic men, suicidal tendencies, m.h patients, aggressive callers, I asked several readers and they all said "no support". Is there any assistance or support if callers leave nasty reviews on the psychic sofa site ? Especially spiteful callers who just wanted to be nasty to the reader, because they didn't get told what they wanted to hear? Again- "no support" to the readers. All of these things have been told to me by readers. These poor people on this site, are desperate to clutch at the few pennies they might get, meanwhile the company are raking it in. It's conscious cruelty, and in this day and age, companies like this feed the public some narrative about this being a 'favour' to the public and their readers. They need investigating by HMRC, they need to stop with the *self employed Contracts* This is so close to the line of an apparently abolished slavery act. These readers are horribly exploited. If you want to know where your money goes, ask them and makesure you get all your answers in writing.
Everything I have put here is the truth, but by all means folks go and find out for yourselves, you'll be as shocked as I was, and let's see how passive aggressive their response is. All I've done is tell the truth of my experience, if they are a company that don't like the truth and refuse to take accountability for their actions, well, that's testament to the changes that need to take place in the way they treat their unethically 'self employed' staff. People, do your research, ask questions, get all the info and have good boundaries against exploitation. Protect yourselves!

I had some phenomenal readings on this site and I’ve had some not so good but just speaking to star lady and sharleen made me extremely happy so for that I’m very grateful.

I have to comment here on "The Wizard" that gets carried away with negative and comments a tad brutal about readers from here and clients. You need to have a look at yourself sir you state in more than one post YOU worked here and took the very same calls for 2 years !! So tell me where gives you the right to judge and mouth any other readers doing what YOU did? You made pennies just the same and I also dare say you, as well as any genuine readers, can get things wrong.

I have had readings in all areas of life from good and bad readers but I made my own choices from that. A reader does not force anyone to do anything and before you dare to say I don't know about addictions some may have on lines, your wrong i work as a volunteer for one of the biggest life saving telephone support services in the UK. So trust me i know addictions and they come in many forms.

Rather than mouthing I think you should respect yourself and bow out politely rather than making yourself look bad with posts on here.

There are some real readers on there and customers that have been helped.
There is good and bad like I said you made your pennies too. Don't you think its time to let others make up their own minds rather than gathering fuel to try and add it to a pointless escapade.

I have used sofa as well as few other friends I have and have no reason to complain but rather the opposite so folks use the service it's worth it if reader is good just take advice with pinch of salt think what you are being told and just be sensible that's all. If you feel it's becoming an addiction hey take a step back and breath. Don't feed it ask advice or even speak to psychic sofa too

The psychics I’ve spoken to on this site are really insightful and helpful. Some are mediums and pass on messages from deceased love ones which is so healing. I highly recommend you give them a call!

Psychic Sofa needs to be taken to court. We need to gather together. They have not responded to any of my complaints and I will be taking matters further.

Recently I spoke with the Astrologer Justin Toper, who claims he is psychic too. Wtf. He gave me dates and made predictions, all incorrect. I told him so, he then goes blank on the line for a while, pretending he couldnt hear me, but as soon as I told him to stop stuffing me around by pretending not to hear me, he miraculously came back on the line. Making me loose time and money. He may be genuine from an Astrology point of view, of a general nature, but not exactly specific according to my DOB. SO it is all just generalised using the notions of the moon. We can all read the paper for that.
I have raised many complaints with Psychic Sofa, and I hope legally I can move this forward, as its not fair to anyone to be told lie after lie, especially when they are making unbelievable world scary events like Pink Sapphire that should not be working on the line. They even get their friends to give them good reviews to make them look legit, but it not. With recordings and my notes, there is evidence there, along with the multiple people in this forum who feel the same. We need to rally together.

A bit dissappointed I have been speaking with one reader for 1 and a half years who told me the person I was asking about doesnt have a partner. And she was adamant all the time.
And when I spoke with her this week and said can you check what he said was true he was in the car with his partner.
She was like yes yes he's got a partner.

Take time before you give Libra a review. She can be convincing when the situation is easily predicted. She is easily syphons cash out of you without consideration for any long term consideration. She can be a very good actor ad it will take a long term to figure out that she's really juts average, even below average than an actual good reader.

After been logged on for almost every evening from about 7pm to 7am for 2 years, i,The Wizard, was told I could no longer use the Sofa platform Firstly I'd like to apologise to my regular callers that I will no longer be available, I would never have left, I, unlike Sofa, always felt I had a "big responsibility, and a duty of care to all my callers", I would never have abandoned my regular callers I was stopped using the platform due to, and I quote, "continuing bad reviews".
I had no bad reviews till very recently having achieved 133 positive testimonials, and just 2 bad reviews recently, that had been discussed, and it had been agreed I would up date my profile to be more specific, I basically provide guidance from Spirit via my Tarot The bad reviews had apparently expected something different I was denied this chance to continue using the platform BEFORE I had been given chance to change my profile as arranged with Beverley, one of our 2 line managers that do the actual Sofa management's bidding
I heard many horror stories how some of the other 450 or so readers abuse, dictate, even one said she'd got to go to an appointment DURING the paid for call!!!!! Lots of rude disgusting so called readers have been allowed to continue to use the platform Just now, one has 4/5 bad reviews out of her last 6 saying she's rude etc to her callers!!!!!! She's allowed to continue to use the platform, and be as rude as she wants presumably!!!!!!!
One of the only 2 bad reviews I ever saw/discussed even ended it with he's a "lovely man"!!!!!!!
Clearly manners, empathy, honest Tarot readings, and honest "duty of care" to callers isn't what Sofa want their callers to get.I would always tell my callers THE TRUTH what my Tarot were showing me So if it was negative, I'd feel it was my "duty of care" to tell them NO READER ever, even Nostradamus has ever been right all the time They'd be billionaires and guiding the World if they were!!!!!
In VERY small print somewhere, Sofa say that the readings are "Just for entertainment purposes" You don't get that message from their marketing, more like readings are in stone, and you'll be better off for them!!!!!
I have great empathy with the father that has said his daughter was ENCOURAGED by Sofa, even though she is mentally ill As readers we are pestered by texts EVERY day as good as, to log on I have heard some of my callers say how they have spent TENS of thousands of pounds, and they clearly have ended up feeling worse/ill/desparate I'm sure Sofa would pester callers to part with as much money as they can get off them I know they do.
It's disgusting how they treat vulnerable people, and let's face it, thats what their heartless business is based on,making money out the troubled and vulnerable.
I gave honest Tarot readings, General readings, past and present Timings, to the day if asked for, any Tarot reader that can't give a timing prediction to the day has no faith in their Tarot, obviously, as they only have to ask their Tarot If the so called "flowing/just talking psychics" can't, they should learn to do the Tarot! Were called to predict!!!
Sofa, I've been told by ex readers that they do ban readers that don't keep the caller's on the line long enough We all have a "average talk time" reminder on our readers details that's updated constantly Obviously were supposed to keep the caller on the line No way I believed my job is to give guidance If my callers question is answered in a minute or two so be it I know the job overall preys on the troubled and vulnerable, but I did my best not to!!!!!!
I'd just like to thank all my callers Obviously Like I would honestly tell them, all this Spirituality was put on my path, I would not have chosen it, and unless you're doing readings for free you're lieing if you don't say you're doing it for the money! However I found the experience extremely humbling, and a massive responsibility at times!!!!!
I personally have never got a reading in my life, as I can't see the point for me personally, the way I look at it, they're NEVER in stone, so if it's negative, that's not going to do me any good, and if it's positive, it could be false hope, which would be bad for me later!!!!!!! I can certainly read for myself, but my last one, a negative reading, came true! I don't intend to be doing another one! LOAB!

I have been a reader on the Psychic Sofa platform for a number of years. The Psychic Sofa team are all very friendly and supportive. I thoroughly enjoy reading for clients and highly recommend the platform for any psychic that is thinking of joining.

Always a great site to use, staff are most helpful. Many choices of readers and you can find a connection most of the time. There are many negative people who give bad feedback but that's because they are negative anyway and no amount of readings can help them. If you can't say anything good, then just move on, stop going on and on. I love PS, brilliant and always open. Helped many people. Keep up the good work.
