UPS Mail Innovations isn't the fastest & uses USPS for the last step in delivery which adds a day but I have no complaints & am very happy to accept those logistics with their free shipping, quick processing, ease of ordering securely & email updates.

Broken bowl
I ordered a set of 4 dinner bowls on 7/17/20. They shipped on 7/20/20 using USPS and arrived on 7/31/20. One of the 4 bowls was broken completely in two. I immediately emailed them and have heard nothing as of 8/10/20. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and does NOT answer emails. Took my money did not ship items. Emailed to find out WHERE the parcel was - they finally shipped "something" but tracking proves it was never delivered. I was worried about ordering through them originally because "Prune Danish" sounds like a FAKE site. ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. 5 emails over 4 weeks and can't be bothered to answer any of them.
