I was briefly an employee of this company and can tell you first hand that it's quite a shady company with the owner having a terrible attitude and deceptive nature. Not surprised that people are having bad customer service experiences. Definitely avoid.

Avoid. Refund not received. No communciation from retailer.
I bought a pair of walking boots from PR Sports in September. They arrived fairly quickly but they were not a good fit and as such were not comfortable so I returned them in perfect condition via Royal Mail with tracking. They were signed for by PR sports on 8th October. I have tried to contact the company several times in order to find out where my refund is and have received no response. I am still waiting for my refund in late November. Their website states it has 5* customer service - If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid.

Customer service appalling.
The jacket I received was not the size that I ordered. I have called and emailed numerous times about the order and I'm getting no response. Customer service absolutely appalling.

I bought a jacket and they sent the wrong item. No response at all by phone email and contact form. In the end I had to escalate matters through PayPal to get a refund. Beware.

Try PR Sport and outdoor…
I have found a new sport and outdoor shop. If you are a fan of Craghoppers (or other) then give PR sports a try first. I was very happy with them keeping me up to date with my purchase, and, delivery time was quite reasonable.
I will be checking them out again.

Haglofs Rugged Mountain Pants
Originally bought an XS and found I was fatter than I thought. Emailed PR sports and found their customer service excellent - so helpful and easy to communicate with, issue resolved in no time.
Would def recommend!! 5 Stars

Bought a jacket form PRSports for the first time recently. Goods arrived next day, well packed, and with clear paperwork on how to return the goods free of charge, if I needed to (I didn't). The price was great too. I'd definitely buy from them again.
