Ive been going for years to Protyre for services and when I need to. Always I have been very pleased with their helpfulness and kind attention from all the staff at Knutsford Road Wilmslow.

Urgent Change to MOT
Needed to amend my on line MOT booking from 14:30 to 10:30 today. Spoke to Matt who when he understood the circumstances could not have been anymore helpful or accommodating. Felt like I had VIP treatment thanks to Matt and the rest of the team for a friendly stress free experience.

Great service
Recently bought a full set of tyres and had them fitted at the Wilmslow location. Found what I wanted online and gave them a call. They were friendly and professional over the phone. The tyres unwanted were not in stock so had to be sent to the garage. This was arranged quickly and I was given a day to get them fitted straight away. On the day the location was easy to find. The tyres were waiting and the service was fast and efficient. I was in my way with four new tyres in around an hour. Can't fault them, polite helpful and great value throughout.

Prompt and professional job well done
I had a blowout after hitting a pothole on a Tuesday night. Rescue service brought my car home on a trailer as sealant and pump would not work in this case.
There is a Protyre garage less than 5 minutes away so car was left there and I returned first thing in the morning.
Despite not having an appointment, the staff took this job on immediately. The tyre had to be ordered and was delivered by lunchtime. I was back on the road in the afternoon.
Cannot fault Protyre for accommodating me and the excellent service provided.

Able to quickly fit me in with a new tyre following a puncture. Recognised that I was in a rush and was able to get the job done with the minimum of fuss. Courteous throughout and excellent customer service.

Dodgy booking system.
The website booked me into an appointment that didn’t exist! So instead of being seen at 8.30
am my car wasn’t going to be looked at until 3.30pm. However the staff were apologetic and the work was completed on the same day.

Kieran was great at the Wilmslow branch. Dealt with me professionally and with great product knowledge whilst very obviously overworked with a constant stream of customers at the desk, the phone ringing and the staff requiring direction and instruction.
