Protyre Autocare - Warrington Omdömen 

I booked and purchased online and everything was organised and planned for the time allocated, tyres fitted , alignment done, I had a jiggle a couple of days later with tyre pressure sensors and they were more than happy to help. I always used Protyre / Jeffreys and will continue to do so

Went to Warrington Branch, Steve excellent manager, very knowledgeable did the MOT and small oil and filter service in 90minutes while I waited.Been going to this branch for 5 years and would not go anywhere else.5 star service to Steve and his excellent team.Price was very good, and BMW parts used.

The work was done in the timescale provided and the car was ready when I returned to pick it up.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Protyre.

I was unable to book online or via email and had to arrange everything over the phone, with no written confirmation provided. I arrived for my confirmed 10am appointment, only to be abruptly told by a member of staff that my booking was actually at 9am. When I questioned this, I was dismissed and told I was wrong.

Given that calls are recorded, I am more than happy for this to be reviewed to confirm the correct booking time.

I was then asked to wait “a couple of hours” to be fitted in around 12pm. As I am 8 months pregnant, this was completely unreasonable. If my appointment had genuinely been at 9am, I would have expected at least a courtesy call to check where I was — which I did not receive.

The interaction became even more frustrating when I was asked if I had booked through Groupon, which made it feel as though customers using this route are treated differently or with less respect.

Overall, I have wasted my time travelling on a bank holiday, been spoken to rudely, and effectively been made out to be dishonest. This level of service is unacceptable.

Great online experience and I was expected when I arrived.

No time given on when it would be ready and I had to call to confirm if it was ready 2hrs later

The work was carried out on time, reasonably priced and by friendly helpful staff.

I had a warning light on my car I called Protyre and was booked in quickly. I left my car and was contacted after an hour and given a clear indication of the problem and costs involved and was it ok for them to proceed. I collected my car at the end of the day. I found the stall I had interactions with polite and helpful and happy to answer my questions and the costs for repairs were reasonable

My go to garage. Great value, great team, fantastic service. Always kept in the loop regarding costs and timings. No issues. Highly recommended.

Well, I can understand customer service taking second stage to doing the actual work, so that's fine, but I was told (1) the MOT would only take around 45 minutes and (2) I would be called when the MOT was finished. In the end, neither statement proved true.

MOT booked at short notice, v smooth, no problems.

Top service. Pleased with the result.

Dropped my car off earlier than my appointment time and they started my MOT straight away.

Eventually, did the job, having first sending me away with four out of five wheel bolts in each wheel as they ruined the bolts getting them out; then told me I couldn’t have the tyres I wanted; but fitted them in the end. I emphasised I wanted the balanced done carefully as I do a lot of miles and vibration is irritating; it is at best a 7 out of 10 job. The tyres I wanted were fitted, the job was done, but I don’t think I’ll go back unless there is no mother option.

A guy came in too and wanted a temp bottle of fluid for a slow puncture, and they wouldn’t do it as they didn’t want him on the motor way as they said they didn’t feel it safe. So they fitted him in for repair or tyre , which I thought was good service .

Nobody on reception.after several minutes someone came.
Person on reception not very friendly he told us he would phone when car was ready said it would be a couple of hrs.no phone call so we went back after 3hrs again nobody on reception eventually someone came again he was not friendly car was ready when I looked the time on the paperwork the car was ready at 14.02 if he had phoned like he said he was going to do we could have been
home earlier.was not impressed.normally person on reception is friendly.don't know if we will be back
