My vehicle driver side door panel not fit properly and i found couple of door lock bush missing and found one bush inside door panel
Overall, I had a good experience. However, I felt that the receptionist did not explain things clearly to me, while I noticed that other customers were given more detailed explanations.
As all payments were made in advance, I believe customers should receive the same level of attention and professionalism. My suggestion would be to improve customer service and communication to ensure all customers feel equally valued and informed.

Excellent service levels
Dave was brilliant, found 2 nails in my tyre, fixed the puncture in under half an hour and all for a very reasonable price, highly recommend!

I ordered 4 tyres.
I ordered 4 tyres.. when I got to the branch only 3 had been delivered.. the branch were the most unhelpful people I have ever met.. it took me 4 phone calls to black circles to get my 4th tyre fitted.. I lost time and money through wasting my time! I’ve always used tyre shopper.. this was the 1st time using black circles.. the worst experience I’ve had having tyres fitted

Great MOT experience
Protyre performed my MOT last weekend and it was such an easy process. Booking was simple and there were lots of time slots available. Staff were friendly and the MOT was completed really quickly and lots of detailed information was provided to me afterwards. Would highly recommend

2 flat tyres
We were unfortunate to have 2 flat tyres and our rescue people took us to Protyre to have them replaced. They were very helpful and polite suggesting that we should also have the tracking checked as well which we did. It was way out. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them.
