The staff were polite, friendly and helpful but the wait for a booked single tyre change was too long. The excuse given was we only have one tyre fitter was not acceptable.

All of the workers are brilliant
All of the workers are brilliant. They actually take time to explain what’s wrong with the car and what it needs to be fixed. I always find their prices reasonable.

I honestly recommend Protyre
I honestly recommend Protyre. After three unsuccessful attempts to get the wheel alignment done at another garage, I decided to book the service at Protyre.
The customer service was excellent – I didn’t even have time to walk into the office before one of the staff members noticed me and came outside to greet me.
The 3D wheel alignment was done quickly and correctly.

Although I couldn’t get my air con re-gassed on the day, I was treated with respect and courtesy.
Customer service was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Protyre in Swadlincote for all your requirements regarding whatever vehicle you drive.
