Awful customer service - To be honest they tried to turn me away…
To be honest they tried to turn me away on arrival so they could close up earlier then tried to make me think I’d mistaken my appointment time. Then I got spoken to like rubbish and with such bad manners I asked to speak to someone else. I asked if they could check which ones they were changing as I couldn’t remember which my mot advised me to change and they were like I don’t know what we are changing. Whatever you booked. They weren’t helpful at all and made me feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I wouldn’t use this garage again.

Turned up unfriendly, unhelpful staff all more interested in smashing down cans of monster and vaping in the garage than offering any sort of advise or assistance.
