Unhelpful Poor Service from ProTyre Southam
Had a puncture today & needed a new tyre - Removed the wheel from the car & took it to ProTyre Southam as they had a tyre in stock. I arrived at 09:15 only to be told that they wouldn't be able to fit a tyre until tomorrow. I explained to the Manager that I was supposed to be going away today. He said you can leave it with us but couldn't say when it would be done. I said I can wait for it, the manager said 'No, you can't wait for it' - I am an ex tyre fitter & fit & balance to a clean loose wheel would take around 15 mins tops. There was only one other customer there & there wasn't much going on in the workshop with one guy standing around doing nothing - Had he wanted to help the so called manager could easily have sorted this for me but decided to be awkward about it. So I left in disgust! Welldone ProTyre, tops for poor customer service.!! - I managed to find a small independent place that couldn't do enough to help & got it sorted. As always the little guys beat the big guys when it comes to customer service.

Great Service

Being told vehicle had MOT
Being told vehicle had passed MOT, everything is good see you next time, to get into car and read certificate to find it had actually failed. Going back inside for clarification to be told , oh sorry no it failed, sorry about that! Not impressed.
