Fantastic team at Protyre Mosborough!
Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Protyre Mosborough and once again they helped out when my wife picked up a nail, which deflated the tyre overnight. We popped it down first thing, was able to leave it with them and it was dealt with, repaired and ready to collect by early afternoon, at a very reasonable cost. We’re very fortunate to have them virtually on the doorstep, but to be honest, I’d be happy to drive miles for service like this. Thanks to all the team there, fantastic service!!!

Price was great
Price was great, but the time taken to fit 2 tyres, well,?
I booked in for 10:30
Arrived early
It took a further 2 hours.( Finished at 12:30) Yes they did tracking as an extra, but that only accounts for 10 mins
I have since been contacted by customer services and the garage management. Both confirmed that this should not have happened and their service is normally excellent.
After a great apology, I am happy to increase the star rating to 5 from 3. It’s not always about how you are treated at the time, but about how a good company follows up on a poor experience.
