The staff were extremely efficient and courteous. They also booked me in at short notice. The tyres and fitting were also at a competitive price. Very good all round

Excellent service, I didn’t go myself but my wife went with the car because of work. I was afraid they would take advantage of her like some mechanics but not these guys. Everything was explained to her and the issues they saw with the car were the ones I had pointed out. So I can definitely recommend.

Warm and cheerful welcome at reception, very polite and helpful, know their job, car was booked in for complimentary check and also engine management light was showing, waited about 1hr while it was checked, was told what the problem was with car and given a price for work, price was very acceptable, jobs were done in a very acceptable time, price much better than main dealer, staff very helpful and kept me updated throughout, sorry I don't know their names

Very helpful and amenable staff. The service and MoT were carried out on my ev with no problems, and in good time. There was a small glitch (software?) when pricing the ev service, but all came good in the end.

I would have given the experience a 5 but Protyre's pre order on line needs co-ordinating better with the branch where the fitting takes place.
On 2 occasions, the system still allowed me to book in for fitting before the tyres actually arrived at the branch that would do the fitting.
My first experience, only one of 2 tyres arrived and the 2nd one never did get delivered. Tried a different branch this time and despite a late delivery, Toby, the manager at Alder Road, Poole branch made sure that the tyre fitting took place on the same day.
In addition, my order for wheel alignment wasn't possible on the nearside, due to a seized nut on the track rod rod. However, he OK'd it for me to return at a later date, after I got it fixed, to complete the job at no extra charge.
Also, thanks to Jack, the technician, for his expertise.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Previously used this depot with no complaints.
However, on this occasion did not initially carryout the tyre replacement as requested, but immediately rectified this on being notified.
Also promised to send the receipted invoice for the job by email, but this has never been received!
Not impressed by service on this visit
