The technician with the goatie beard (been working here for 7 years and I'm ashamed to say I don't remember his name) was especially helpful. Hope I don't need to see you again soon!!!!

Appointment was cancelled twice and on…
Appointment was cancelled twice and on our third visit we were told they were running at least half an hour late.
When the second appointment was arranged my wife had to take a day off work and this was cancelled less than one hour before scheduled appointment.
Customer service was terrible. Avoid!

Booked to have tyres fitted arranged drop off and pickup to receive phone call that they could not remove my wheels so that was it come and collect car we can't do it not even willing to try i took the car home and the tyres took the wheel of myself and had them fitted by another tyre firm very disappointed
