New tyre; great service
They fitted me in for a new tyre, and advised me which make to buy. Work done within half an hour and unlike any other garage I have used, pumped the tyre up to the right pressure.

Service was good and staff were polite.
Service was good and staff were polite.
However, the site was unable to check tracking because their machine's software could not recognise my vehicle - despite it being a suzuki re-badged vehicle that is exactly the same car as a toyota corolla touring. Literally exactly the same (except for the badges). This was disappointing as neither toyota or suzuki are exactly "niche" vehicle manufacturers.

Very confused.
I have never used this company. I receive an email addressed to me with a vehicle registration that is not mine with a service report and invoice attached. When I called the company to make them aware they told me to ignore it. I’m concerned that someone is using my identify. My name is very unique and would be extremely difficult to confuse with another. My email address is also my name. I have since received an email asking me to leave a review. Baffled.
