Get price from their website not the garage
They contacted me the next day, explained what had happened and how. I was then credited the difference instantly and without issue. As a result I have to change my rating to 5 stars to account for the great service when fitting the tyre and the great customer experience resolving the issue instantly.
The following was my experience before it was resolved as I saw it and not actually correct as the supposition of 80s style costing was not fair or correct - I went straight to the garage, what I paid seemed high so I checked on their website after. I was charged £114, their website says £85. This was the sort of practice I thought had been left behind in the 80's and is part of the reason we are all moving to online shopping rather than risk being ripped off.
