Started dealing with Protyre( Leyland) some 5 years ago. Alway frendly helpful staff and alway very careful with the wheels when replacing tyres. Will always continue to use them.

Booked in for MOT 1pm when arrived at…

Booked in for MOT 1pm when arrived at 12.45pm was told my appointment was for 2pm but it wasn't I had noted in my diary when given appointment decided to wait as not worth leaving Motorhome parked outside reception when time for MOT mechanic viewed vehicle and said it will not fit on our ramp due to length as we have shortened our ramp since last years visit what a waste of time they are, I will certainly not be using them for anything in the future do they not know what they are doing. Wake up Leyland branch.

Two hours for half a job

I have taken my car here for tyres before it became Protyre and had good service. I had heard of poor service but I used them anyway but hadn’t noticed it is now protyre but the very same thing I had heard about happened to me I left the vehicle for an hour on returning my tyres had not been done the excuse was they couldn’t find the locking nut this struck me as a very easy thing to have found if you are dealing with with this sort of thing there is only one box at the back of my car with minimal items in it they clearly had looked properly. So I had to wait another hour on returning again the tracking had not been done and was advised to go to VW for that. I do need to a further two tyres but I think I’ll try my luck with VW next time.

Quick pre bookable service

Quick pre bookable service. X2 tyres replaced and wheels alignment. Steering feels much better. TYre pressure light still on and was told it would go off once I drive the car. No id did not. The tyre was under inflated. Min psi is 33 . It was 31. Had to inflat at home.

Polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. I've witnessed staff giving others expert advice about NOT yet needing tyres replaced. (Honesty). Would definitely recommend.
