Ive a complaint in at the min
Ive a complaint in at the min, just spent £300 plus and my tyres at front av worn badly and took it in to be inspected, mechanic said I need a new drop link and shock absorber as well as tracking done along with 2 budget tyres to be added on to £290 he quoted me for the parts he said I needed ??? Eh the ones I have on are 3 months old £92 a tyre fgs and have run off on the inside edge due to the tracking been out, anyway my steering wheel is shaking and I believe it to be the tracking he said it was what ive mentioned so I took it for a 2nd opinion and they checked it and found slight wear in the drop link only and balanced my wheels which they was well out and after he had balanced them it drives perfect, absolutely scandalous what they have tried to do, ive reported in more depth to Eddie the manager.... ill never ever go back except I want 2 new tyres on the front and the £20 its cost me extra on top of the £300 plus to have them balanced yet again, also they found old weights to say itd had recently been balanced at gelderd road branch, please stay away I swear to god they've tried it on concerning this on my small van...
Im concerned that a mechanic is/has tried to make money out of me 110%, and
Old weights still on the rims and not 1 new weight why not if its been balanced ????

Hi Craig
Im sorry that you feel as though you haven't had great customer service and that the work we have done has caused your tyres to run off uneven.
However wheel balance will not affect your tyre wearing off unevenly, this will affect vibration only and it would be wheel alignment or suspension worn parts that could have caused this.
I fully believe that the technicians who inspected your vehicle and advised the suspension work will be correct in there diagnosis and they are time served and experienced mot testers and the tyre wear that you have described also backs up the diagnosis.
Im more than happy to raise a refund for the wheel balance for you at £20.
Your more than welcome to revisit the site and James and Sean will show you and explain why they advices the suspension work.

also ive had them balanced and 2nd opinion and all ok other than the balancing, ive sent numerous pictures showing no new weights these tyres was not balanced i assure u, u have cctv in the building I want it looked at, also ive checked with another garage and I believe them, do not ask me as a 58 yr old man to go speak to the 2 jokes at your garage, is the area manager involved in this bullshit excuse too, you owe me new tyres and I will not go away until these are put on, ive used chat gpt too that doesn't lie unlike u lot and will add this to this email, this van ive had 6 yrs and I know my van and since balanced its all ok and I was assured the shock absorber isnt faulty nor leaking and i was shown this, u arent fobbing me off and im taking this else where too as the pictures show u the old weights as your garage hadn't put new ones on, ive left a review and will leave more now, im going to do my up most best to put people off using your garage, and ill be outside too telling folk what has happened, and telling me to go speak to them 2 in leeds , i think not dont insult me, you owe me £20 and my 2 front tyres replacing and look/read the pics I sent u and will send in this email too, ive sent plenty of proof and chat gpt doesn't lie and states yes they can run off due to balancing so your speaking shit again, i want to speak to the top dog who is it, I do not want to speak to anyone but the top boss no clowns in garages I dont trust them etc...

Competitive pricing for premium tyres
It was really easy to purchase my tyres online and make a booking for the fitting (two days later).
The price for two pirelli cinturatos was extremely competitive and I paid for wheel alignment too, which was half price thanks to an online promotion.
There was no waiting when I arrived on site, the staff members were all friendly and the work on the car was completed within 35 mins - excellent service from start to finish.

I trust these guys - they always sort out my tyres when there is a tyre pressure warning light repeatedly coming on and they have found nails and slashes. They never pressure me to spend money on other items e.g. do both tyres so I know that they are trustworthy and making me safer.

Very professional
Very tidy workshop and very polite and attentive manager. Tyres fitted fine, and at a good price. Manager pointed out that the front tyre I was going to use as a spare was badly worn on the edge, so they refitted the old spare at no extra cost. If the prices stay keen, I'll visit again.
