Protyre Autocare - Kettering Montagu Street Omdömen 

Where do I start!! I ordered my tyres online and booked my time slot to fit in with my commitments (11am). I arrived at the garage 20 mins before my scheduled appointment to find that the tyres I had ordered hadn't been delivered yet, so we rescheduled for 2pm. I arrived quite early for the rescheduled appointment because I had some time to kill, there were 2 mechanics "working" that day and they spent most if their time complaining about things in there personal life with not much work gijng on and were barely on the workshop floor. My time slot came, and they got my car on the ramps at about 2.20pm it was meant to have 3 tyres changed and tracking done. Soon after 1 of the mechanics got to work on my car, the other mechanic said that my tracking rod is corroded and that they would try to losen it, Surely enough he comes to me 5 mins later and says it won't budge you need a new 1, I asked if you do that type of repair and he said I need to have a look for some prices but never did, so the other mechanic then started to work on my tyres and this is where my day got much slower I sat and watched it take 1h20mins to take off the wheels 1 at a time and replace the tyres, the tracking never got done as the lead mechanic said afterwards if i got it fixed within the week then they will honor the re-tracking of my car even though i have already paid for that service! (I had asked for a quote prior) but this guy wasn't interested in customer satisfaction this is my worst experience yet I have used this garage a few times before and I would've recommend them to anyone before but after this encounter with the guys that are "working" in there no chance!!!!

Really helpful, pleasant and caring staff who speedily and efficiently dealt with my tyre issues. I was about to embark on a long drive the same afternoon and they were able to replace my problem rear tyres there and then so that I could get on my way safely. Particular thanks to Chris and Martin.

They definitely deserve 5 stars! I had a flat tyre and they squeezed me in even though they were very busy. Very pleasant and helpful, it was much appreciated as I don't know what i would've done. Will definitely go there again.

Quick efficient and very friendly and helpful staff

Very welcoming and not the normal rubbish when entering kf.... as if you have disturbed them and want you to go away. Got the job done and back on the road. Good courteous service.

I have always bought my tyres through them and also did my late husband. Efficient polite and don't try to get you to replace tyres that are still OK. They are also always willing to check air pressure for me anytime. Tyres fitted and balanced why I waited.
