There was a bit of a mixup over tyre size, the size on the website which I originally ordered was incorrect, so they had to be reordered correctly. If it had not have been for the website information being incorrect it would have been 5*, everything else was fine great service from all concerned.

Book & Pay Online for Same day Service!
Booked and paid online in the morning with an added bonus of a 20% discount! Appt same day! The whole process took just over an hour for an Air Con recharge!
Quick & efficient service will definately use again!

Awful experience
Awful experience. Waited 2.5 hours for an MOT, failed on several immediate faults £700 & further advisories £1000 plus. Took my car to another local (the next day) for another MOT & it passed with just one small advisory.
Protyre tried to swindle me, unnecessary work, after researching it seems I’m not the only one, and this has being happening for some time. Cheap MOT price as a sweetener to get the jobs in, and then use the MOT as an option to make money for work not actually required.
Avoid at all costs.

I booked on line but then needed to change my appointment. Donna wss really helpful and got everything sorted out for me. I always get great service and feel like I get good advice to plan essential repairs within my budget instead of being pressured to spend money.

A superb MOT and car service but I…
A superb MOT and car service but I didn't like that they didn't ring me when my car was ready, as they claimed my landline was busy, but it really wasn't. Also: The Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum increments are a phycological tactic of manipulating customers to pay more than they need.
