Excellent service
We visited the Dorchester branch of Protyre this morning to have our tyres checked.
Neil and Stuart were both so helpful and accommodating. Not only did they sort the tyre they had a look to see if anything else was amiss. Such good service.

Amazing. Ordered tyres through Black Circle who got themselves confused and advised me my slot was cancelled. I took a chance and went anyway. Tyres fitted no problem at all. Thanks.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly.
I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable, they advised me against buying Michelin Primacy 4 tyres as I only do low mileage. The reason they gave was Michelin tyres tend to perish on the side walls over time, so are better suited for high mileage. The tyres they suggested were cheaper but better suited for my needs.
I also asked for the tracking to be checked and adjusted if required. They stated that the tracking was ok and no added charge was necessary.
Very good service and would certainly recommend.
One word of advice to anyone using this company is, you have to book a time for the work required so don't be late as they are quite small and you could lose your slot.
