My car needs tracking, this company is the only place locally that does 4 wheel tracking (a machine that was considerable expense presumably). Two weeks ago I called in to get it done, but the nuts are seized and extensive heat is needed to free them. They didn't have the necessary equipment to do this. Apparently this centre had already requested it, however luckily the day I was there the regional manager was there and assured me they would get the equipment and I could come back in a week. Two weeks later and they still cannot sort my tracking as they don't have the equipment! This seems absolutely ridiculous. I know I am not the only customer they've had to turn away because of this. When my tyres need replacing because they've worn unevenly I hope Stoddart/Protyre will cover the cost. Very frustrated.

Robbing, scam artists.

I had a slow puncture on a fairly new tyre. They tried to tell me i needed a new tyre. Only one they had in stock was £97. I kindly refused.

Went to Tivvy tyres in Cardigan who fixed/plugged the leak for £15.

Had to use Stodart tyres in the past due to being stuck, and had a feeling they were ripping me off. This incident confirmed it.

I had to visit your Crymych premises on two separate days to have four tyres fitted. First visit was very good with the two staff involved highly professional, skilled with good communication skills.My second visit which had different staff was less smooth although quite acceptable. Premises were neat and tidy with ordering, billing and general service good. Tyres seem good value but only time will tell

Fitter very courteous and helpful in advising what tyres needed changing.. He was working alone and there were people waiting,but didnt get flustered at all. Very proffessional. Thank you.

New tyre had leaking valve.
Made appointment to get it fixed or replacement tyre and premises closed when I arrived. Left phone message and no one called back.
