Great fast service for MOT with no issues

Paid for a 'gold service' and MOT, dropped car off at 8:30, went back at 5pm to pick it up after no updates to see the car on the ramp having the MOT - then told it had failed - '2 minor things' if had 10 more mins would be able to sort it out for you but not enough time! Went back on Monday to be told cost to repair was £221! - for a ball joint gaitor that was letting in dust - 'the whole thing has to be replaced' Got nothing to show the service was completed - no checklist or similar - when pressed gave a copy of the invoice! Gold service says will increase chanc of passing the MOT - suspension should have been checked and if faulty I surely should have been advised - very poor all around.

Delay with ordering valves and no contact to say car was ready, minor things otherwise service was great, would have given 5 stars without them.

Fast, efficient, and friendly

Broke all 4 locking wheel nuts. Including the removal tool. Told me they couldn’t get the last wheel nut off and I had to take it elsewhere to be removed. Removed it myself within 5 minutes. Didn’t replace the wheel nuts that broke and I was left to drive away with a missing wheel nut on every wheel. Also the one hour allocated time slot was none existent. Vehicle was there from 10.15 am. Until around 4.30 pm

My car was booked in for front wheel alignment,as I had 4 new tyres put on the day before.I arrived early,they weren’t even open,staff didn’t even acknowledge me when they were opening up,i sat waiting in my car,until all the doors and lights were on,went to the counter and spoke to a rude technician,who seemed uninterested,and told me to just sit.Gave my keys to another technician,then my car went in the ramp almost 30 mins after my appintment time.i asked for a print off,and was told “he forgot so couldn’t get one now”.He laughed and said,”i have done it,honestly”.
As I was driving home,I wasn’t convinced that my steering wheel was as it should be.My husband got in my car the next day and went mad,as he noticed that the car not only was pulling,but the steering wheel was not central,and the esp light had come on.He rang the depot,and was greeted by a “rude,sarcastic”member of staffwho just told him to “bring it back”.
We went straight down there and had to wait over an hour,before my car went back in the ramp.The initial technician,seemed to find it funny that I had had to come back,I asked what they hd done to my car and was told that the machine needed “calibrating”!.
Why keep accepting customers cars when they know that the machine is not working correctly,especially when my car came out worse than what it went in.
I asked for a print off again,so he had issues with one of the nuts on the wheel.
When he finished and handed us the print off,one of the wheels had been 8 degrees out and the other was almost 3.
The steering wheel was as it should be.
Due to the fact that we had an aweful experience and still had an issue with the esp light,my husband contacted the company and made a complaint.
It is not what you expect to take your car to be aligned or have any kind of service and recieve aweful customer service,shoddy workmanship and an uninterested,rude attitude.
