The staff are very helpull and the people working the desk definitely need credit for there help . All in all a very good experience and well recommended.

Excellent customer service, great overall!
Feel fortunate to have found pro tyre, thanks to the RAC! Cam is friendly, professional and honest! Also, Liam has also been great, and Jack. I initially went into this company as they were the allocated garage for tyre replacement, through the RAC. My first interaction, was for a tyre - he contacted me to advise that there was an alternative to a new tyre - honesty, it was refreshing to say the least! Due to the service I received, I chose to have my sons car serviced, and then further repairs, I’ve also arranged for my partners car to be serviced too!
Excellent customer service, and honesty, go a long way! I highly recommend this company!!

Definitely 5 stars but would be more if I could, I went to them in a real dilemma, being a woman I thought it was going to be the usual thing of seeing a woman not knowing a thing so talk google to her, it was the total opposite, I cannot recommend all of the guys in their enough, their customer service, courtesy, explanation of everything they were saying in simple terms and the overall expertise and manners of them all, have booked my MOT with them and will definitely be going to them for anything car related, Thank you Campbell and Liam especially

Good value
Good value, efficient and courteous. Booked my car in for MOT. You get to choose the time that’s convenient for you. Also got a discount code with £10 off on their website. Dropped the car in and went to Asda across the road shopping. They called when the car was ready.
