Great experience
Very clean premises with clear markings on the forecourt. Ushered to a bay by a very knowledgeable and polite fitter who gave advice on other tyres on my car without a pushy sales pitch.
Overall, a great experience and will be happy to go back.

Turned up and they dealt with my promptly. Walked into reception and they knew my name. Front tyres were replaced quickly and for a fair price. All happy.

The gentleman who fitted my tyres was excellent he explained everything that needed doing and was very efficient.

Motorcycle technician did a good job fitting two tyres. Very helpful.

Tracking
I took my car into the north wales Buckley garage due to steering wheel vibrations at 65 mph. I was told the wheels needed alignment. The work was carried out, and the following day I noticed the steering wheel was not on striate and the vibrations were worse. I took the car back to be told the wheels also needed balancing. It’s a shame the car was returned to me with the work not carried out correctly, and a waste of my time having to return. No apologise given by the manager who happened to be on site at the time and called out the issue.
