Very good service, online and fitting
Really pleased with the service. Ordered online for fitting in Bridgend including 4-wheel alignment. Friendly staff and would use again. Fitted Falken Ziex 320's at a good price for a 2001 BMW e39 and first impressions are positive. As I do low mileage the tyres will likely perish long before the the tread wears out.

Appointment rescheduled hours before appointment
Booked my tyres and a fitting appointment through Blackcircles, only to have a call from the garage on the morning to reschedule my appointment because they say that Blackcircles don’t have diary access, which Blackcircles dispute. Not great when I booked it specifically because I was in work on the estate that morning for work and desperate to get them fitted. Ended up cancelling and booking elsewhere. Possibly messed about because I just wanted 2 cheap tyres to get my by until November when I planned on changing all 4 for Pirelli's.

I was treated really well on my…
I was treated really well on my arrival. I had discovered a screw in my front tyre. That was my reason for calling at Protyre Bridgend. Then I was told that my rear tyres were well worn and should be replaced. I was shown them and agreed. When they were being replaced it was noted that my brake pads and discs were worn. I then made an appointment to have these renewed. I was never pressured into anything but just told the truth and shown the problem. Katie deserves a particular mention as she was courteous and helpful. I will certainly be recommending Protyre to my friends and family.
