Ive been using this tyre company was Bracknell tyres. I never now ring around to find the best deal. The staff are extremely helpful should you have a puncture and ectremely helpful in getting tyres in should they not have the brand you want for your car, in my case the nxt day. Great service , great value and s high standard of care for your vehicle. They also now give you an update on the tread of all tyres fitted and wuality of the brakes on the vehicle.
I’ll still be using them instead of ringing round other local dealers.
Keep it going Raffa!

Let down by booking system - arrived for a 9.30 slot to be told "its first come and first served" and had to wait over an hour. Why bother with a booking system?

Unprofessional
I had made a booking at Bracknell to fit 2 new tyres at 11.00 today but it was over an hour later before they started.
When I got home I realised the tyres were incorrectly fitted as they had failed to align the yellow dot on the tyres with the valve stem - a fundamental requirement to minimise the amount of balancing weights. In a follow up phone call it seemed they had no understanding of the correct procedure - very unprofessional!
