Balancing Act
I bought two new reasonably priced tyres which meant older tyres were rotated. Then I was charged £25 extra to balance all four wheels instead of just the two fitted with new tyres.

Driving home the bottom trim of my…
Driving home the bottom trim of my Freelander 2 door trim fell off
It cost me £300 to have it replaced the body shop said that the jacking up of the car caught the edge of the trim and snapped the fixing studs
So although pleased with the tyres the overall visit was very costly

ProTyre / Blandford Tyre are my go-to place for anything tyre or wheel related on my 2014 Audi A4 Avant quattro and my 2004 Toyota MR2 Roadster. The team are friendly, efficient and helpful, and they charge fairly for their work. Rob, Brian, Tracy and Travis on the front desk are always friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much of a problem. On this occasion Tracy was kindly able to book me in at very short notice to check the four-wheel alignment on my MR2, after a 1,030 mile road trip to Scotland and back. I also use them to fit and balance any tyre purchases I make through Blackcircles, and this arrangement works really well. I don't and won't use anyone else. These guys are great. 🙂👌
