Atrocious alignment
I had tracking done here, they said it was in tolerance and showed so on their diagram. This said the car still didn't feel right, so I went to a different alignment place and they confirmed the tracking was still massively out meaning protyres machine is most likely out dated or not calibrated correctly.

I have major anxiety about going to…
I have major anxiety about going to garages following a bad experience in past .being a 50 Yr old single woman I previously went to a large well known garage and made to feel like a stupid woman who was not important. I have avoided going to any garages since, getting family members to take my cars for me for years. I needed a garage that regas air-conditioning using new gas as the garage my family use only do old gas . I called protyre Banbury explained my anxiety and what I was needing I spoke to Rob who was absolutely amazing, friendy compassionate about my concerns. He booked me in . On entering the garage very anxious .I instantly was made to feel welcome and put at ease Rob was fantastic. I also say many of his staff on my visit and all the staff seem happy within there job all very polite and friendly . I definitely now at ease and will definitely be returning in the future. So I highly recommend protyre Banbury Thank you for restoring my faith in going to a garage Rob and staff 5 star 🌟
