Sold an old phone. Great service so far and hoping the amount promised is real - much higher than elsewhere. Print from home all good. Will update once i get paid.

Not happy with this company at all. Within two months of receiving my phone, one of the lens covers fell off and I was told that the warranty would not cover this. A week later, two months after buying my 'excellent' condition phone, the battery blew, pushing off the front cover. I sent an email about this but did not receive a reply, I have ended up paying £85 for a new battery at my local phone repairers to replace the battery. Shocking customer service from iMobile.

These guys always seem to be recommended by the local mobile shops and I’ve just used them again via Vodafone’s referral (previously also via 02 and EE). They’re always so helpful and don’t rip you off with their prices. Very fair prices and efficient friendly staff.

Wife and I came in on 7th October because I needed a new phone, the service we received was outstanding, ended up with a Samsung A15 5G, the shop was well stocked, if you are looking for a new phone or accessories, I highly recommend this store.

Purchased a iPhone 13 mini in blue, not long after my order was confirmed someone (Kumar) reached out on WhatsApp saying they didn't have blue but could do white. I said I don't mind the colour, just whatever is in the best condition.

When I ordered the website stated anything in 'Excellent' condition would be battery health about 90% so I was expecting that. When the phone arrived, it was 85% so I contacted on WhatsApp to say this was not what I was expecting, he wanted to know where it says the battery health is 90% on the website so I sent a screenshot. He then responds 30 minutes later saying the website says different, so they clearly changed it during that time which is a bit dodgy already.

Anyway I ask for a refund and after a bit of back and forth I get the return label a couple days later. Send it as soon as possible and it arrives on the 4th September. I do not received any kind of email/message saying they have received the return and are processing it. I continue to contact Kumar as there customer service number doesn't respond and they barely respond to emails. He keep saying he will talk to the team, then saying the refund has been processed. It has been nearly a month since I returned phone and have no refund so have to start a chargeback dispute to get my money back.

Do not use this company if you want any kind of customer support or professionalism. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered two 6th generation iPad covers on the 12th of August and I never received them. I was told by the post office the package was damaged and they couldn’t find my address and were returned to imobile. After contacting imobile they said they would send them again .I am still waiting for a refund or the IPad covers .No response from customer service email.

When entering the shop I was met by the most helpful member of staff (Kat) who understood my needs & directed me to the options of a new charger.

I would strongly recommend using this branch of I Mobile, FANTASTIC..!!!

This phone shop is the best in Cambridge. The staff Cat and the team treat you really well. I would happily recommend this shop.

I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro around the 22nd of July, however I never received a tracking number.I then call the company asking why I didn’t receive my phone for almost a week now as well as to ask where my tracking code was.Then I was told they would look into it, which left me relieved.I look at my banking app to see that the money had returned however was taken back on the 31 of July which left me puzzled since it had been 9 days since I ordered. I waited another week and didn’t end up receiving any package and I also never received a tracking code again. In my personal experience I wouldn’t shop here again.
