Ordered delay spray and the vita flux, both work really well and i had energy and stamina, I ordered more and had a problem with the second order and contacted the CS, I was replied to and sorted the problem the same day, great products and great CS, couldn't recommend more. Thank you so much
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order weeks ago, but I never received my package. Their system claims it was delivered, yet nothing ever arrived. I contacted customer service several times, and not only did they fail to provide a solution, but they also ignored my last message completely.
This shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for their customers. No action has been taken, no follow-up, and no compensation offered. I expected at least a proper response or replacement, but I received nothing.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Poor service, no accountability, and absolutely unprofessional handling of customer issues.
My order got flagged for different billing and shipping addresses even though I have the same billing and shipping addresses on the order, they reached out to me in an email, I took a screen shot and highlighted that order's shipping and billing address and showed them that they are the same, the refused to process the order unless I show a government ID, this is so not right to ask for a government ID for a 30$ order ... wanted to try their products ... no more!
