I ordered three bottles of eye drops…
I ordered three bottles of eye drops for over $100 and received products that expire in just three months. When I contacted the company, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they actually calculated how many drops I should use per day to finish them before the expiration date. Are you serious? That’s not customer service—it’s a joke. I expected better quality control and at least a reasonable response. Will not be ordering again.

do not order from this company customs is holding their products and you will not receive them. I believe it's due to their Russian origin. yet the company acts like they do fast shipping and they do not stand behind their product. There is no refund. Buyer beware

Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Paid for fast shipping, took them over a week to even send. Shipping was nowhere near as quick as they charged for. Got no apology of any kind from the "customer service" clown. Never again. Avoid this mob.
