Great product / Great service!
The sales assistant whose name I did not get, was extremely helpful, and and made us aware of the best combination for our set of Signature Elite cookware.
We are now using them, (and as someone who sold cookware in the past) they are a very high quality set of pans and stock pots.
There was a less expensive option, but this range has a double handle on each item, to make handling a lot easier.

Problem free return of 1 product from…
Problem free return of 1 product from batch of 2 for refund.
I had ordered 2 frying pans the same size & decided I only needed one.
Refund back to my credit card processed within 3 working days.
I ordered 2 smaller frying pans from Procook online (to take advantage of time-limited discount) before returning the unwanted frying pan to Trentham store.
I would definitely order from Procook again.
