The ProCook store is very well laid out, there is a vast range of products which are presented in a spacious, clean and light environment. The staff were helpful without being intrusive, informative and relaxed. I was very impressed and will be returning soon.

Member of staff wasn't rushing into helping me let me look first then helped really helpful and didn't push any sort of sale but his knowledge of knifes was really good cannot thank enough

Customer service non existent but the products are good. 3 people behind till and not one acknowledged me as the only person in the queue and made me wait several minutes. so can't rate the service as it was non-existent. only bonus was there was an offer on for reduced price.

The staff were so friendly and nothing…
The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. I was there to buy a Nikari knife and they gave me more than one option in my price range. They let me choose and browse at leisure but gave me great advice i cho the pro cook knife with a 25 year guarantee. I love my knife and will be buying more in the same range. I am still using my college knives that are well passed there best after 32 years. I will be visiting the Trentham store again very soon. Well done to all the staff who made my visit so enjoyable.

Good selection
Good selection, well organised shop. We knew what we wanted and were able to buy the items quickly. We would have given a 5* review if the assistant had agreed to hold are 2 purchases behind the counter whilst we did some more shopping. This was the first shop we went to and we needed a drink and a look around. Our question was answered by sorry but we have a delivery today.
