Great experience
Really nice shop, fantastically helpful staff and good competitive prices. Buy on the high street - not online, you'll miss it when there's no high street left. Shops need customers more than amazon do!!

We sincerely apologise for the missing sharpener and the inconvenience of having to return to our store. We understand how frustrating it is to make an extra trip due to an oversight. We're sorry for the inconvenience

A very helpful assistant
A very helpful assistant, who explained the products to me and answered my questions. First class staff. My only frustration was they didn't sell pepper and salt for the grinders, so I had to visit another shop.
