Super helpful staff
Super helpful staff - thank you for helping us find exactly what we came in for: a new crepe pan for Pancake Day! My granddaughter spotted a mini frying pan too, which has had lots of use since. Great pans, great staff and a discount too!

The team here helped me with getting a new set of induction friendly pans, and advised on how to take care of them too. Really knowledge and offered up the services such as free home delivery that I could take advantage of. Great quality equipment too!

I wanted to buy a hand blender, saw the one I wanted in Pro Cook. There isn’t a branch near to me. I went to the shop in the 02 complex. The staff member who served me (I didn’t get his name) was friendly and attentive. A pleasant experience.
