ProCook grill developed a split on the base unit by the hot plate after 9 months of use. Took back to the store in Merry Hill Dudley without the box but with the original receipt in hand. No issue, No fuss, they were happy to replace the item or give us our money back. We had a replacement as it's a great grill. Helpful and polite and great customer service that's why I always go to them.
