My experience was great knifes are fantastic

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, good range of products, good value prices.

Great experience in store today. We were hoping to find a new set of knives but with an unrealistic budget in mind. When discussing our needs with the lovely lady who worked in the store, she showed us two of their reduced sets, detailing the similarities they had with the others we liked and we were quick to grab them!
When we asked if they accepted Klarna in store, she did say she wasn't sure, but we were welcome to try our digital card. We were delighted it worked and the staff member was very enthusiastic to remember that it does in fact work in store.
We were really happy with the service in store; every member of staff we dealt with was super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The knives have proven a worthy purchase too!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Products were easy to find and well presented. Will definitely visit again next time I’m looking for more kitchen products.

The range and quality of goods is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and the shop is always well stocked, well laid out and spotlessly clean.

Always helpful. Love visiting your shop

Nice staff good choices very helpful and pleasant people

Staff helped me to locate what I wanted and helped me decide what I was best for my needs

Returned a frying pan which had developed an issue with the ceramic coating after 15 months. The staff could not have been more helpful and provided great advice on a replacement.

Such a friendly and engaging gentleman served me in Livingston. Nothing too much trouble and assisted me in my purchase of cutlery and condiments. His refreshing to see someone clearly enjoying his working environment- a credit to your organisation.

Came in looking for a new chopping board. Walked out with a chopping board, new knife holder and an egg poacher. The staff member that helped me was lovely and really listened to what I needed and made great suggestions. Really pleasant experience. I believe the lady who served me was called Jo.

Excellent helpful staff, great products

Lovely staff and a good selection of product

The girl who served me was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me

Came though from Glasgow for the day on Sunday to do a bit of shopping with my husband, popped into your store just having a look for some new pans seen a great deal and was away to ask someone about them when a really helpful guy approached us asking if we needed help, he was very nice and explained alot to us we ended up buying them and also a wok at a great price will definitely go back to that store again.

In December I visited the Livingson store and was assisted very ably and personably by Maria as I was needing a full set of pans, and oven trays. She gave great advice on the products and I made my purchases. I returned in January and took advantage of the 15% discount afforded by you from my firtst purchase and bought 2 pans to complete my cookware.
