Very helpful retail assistant
Very helpful retail assistant, showed us various options whilst we were unsure of which set of knives we should purchase. As elderly customers(84 & 78) with varying arthritic problems with our hands she allowed us to handle the knives to ensure that we could both manage to use them . We are very pleased with our purchase & wouldn't hesitate to return to Pro Cook if we are in need of any further kitchen gadget s to make our life easier knowing that your staff are so helpful

The staff in the Fleetwood shop are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Everything I have bought from here is of excellent quality and it is very rare to go in without buying something even if I didnt need anything!
