The shop was well laid out with plenty of choice and all on display. The quality of the items was excellent with a wide variety of items. Almost everything you would need in one shop, and a few you wouldn't have thought of.

Love this store
Love this store. Had noticed dinner service in Birmingham Bullring last week and on a day out to Evesham saw it again and decided to go ahead and purchase.
Staff are absolutely brilliant I was shown many other items in the same range. Will be back. 🩷

Poor quality product
Bought this cafetière as a gift in September, the glass became cracked on the inside in December so I returned to store with the receipt and they kindly replaced the glass free of charge. Less than a month later when using the cafetière by pushing the lid down, the glass completely cracked and a piece broke off. When I attempted to return to the store again, I was told they would not be able to replace as, in their words, I have broken it. I explained that obviously I am aware it is broken, however it was during regular use that it became broken, but they would not replace. Product clearly isn’t fit for purpose and staff were unhelpful.

good cook shop but every time you buy something you get bombarded by review requests... then reminders when you ignore them. Can you imagine getting 2 emails to review your eggs every time you go to Tesco. It makes me want to buy my wooden spoons elsewhere
